In our first meeting, she was prepared with facts, data and due diligence for a plan to get the home sold at the price point we knew it could reach! Tristain was a consistent and valued partner in every step of the process from design choices to helping find temporary accommodations during displacement for renovations. Selling a home is a stressful, high stakes situation and she was patient and resourceful while seeing it through to the very end. I found myself impressed with her at several points in the process and would definitely recommend her.

As a second generation real estate agent, she knows all the intricacies of the business and I was really confident in the guidance she provided. She made the process easy and enjoyable, from preparing and selling our house to touring houses and closing on our new house. She even let us stay in her Airbnb while we were between houses!
